Description: |
What can American
manufacturing companies do
to survive, thrive, and grow
in today’s global economic
market? Lean Manufacturing
isn’t just a buzz word; it’s
becoming a necessity for
American manufacturing
companies to compete against
foreign competition. This
presentation explores how
small to medium sized
manufacturing companies can
adopt lean manufacturing
principles across the entire
company. Manufacturing
companies that have adopted
and implemented Lean
Manufacturing principles see
dramatic improvements in
lead time reduction,
productivity increases,
reduction of inventory,
quality improvements, and
overall profitability of the
business. |
