holding company headquarted
in Sharon, Pennsylvania,
that owns Joint Venture Tool
& Mold, LLC (Meadville, PA)
and American Cap Company,
LLC (Wheatland, PA). Mr.
Moroco, is CEO of Joint
Venture and American Cap. In
his role for PTR Group, LP
and its operating
subsidiaries, Mr. Moroco has
extensive experience
conducting business in
China. Mr. Moroco possesses
a B.A. in Communication from
John Carroll University and
a J.D. (/magna cum laude/)
from the University of
Detroit School of Law. Mr.
Moroco is also a partner in
the regional law firm of
Pietragallo Gordon Alfano
Bosick & Raspanti, LLP where
his law practice is focused
on mergers and acquisitions,
